MCAS Roofing owner Michael Casolaro and his foremen are all CERTA Torch Applicators. Because you are literally using a torch to install this roofing material, you don't want just anyone putting it down. The CERTA Torch Applicator certification ensures that your roofer knows what they are doing and are trained in Torch safety.
The sheets that are laid down and then melted together are made of rubberized asphalt. By torching them together, you create a very strong and durable flat roof that lasts at least 20 years. The strength of the material makes it particularly beneficial on flat roofs because water tends to pool much more than on slopped roofs. This is especially true on older flat roofs. Even flat roofs have a slight slope to ensure proper drainage. But over time, those slight slopes may erode leading to decreased drainage and leaking. However, with the rubberized torch down material, no water will penetrate through to the interior of your roof.
Torch roofing is not only strong, but it is very easy to install (if you know what you are doing of course). If you have a flat commercial roof, contact MCAS Roofing & Contracting today and ask us for a ESTIMATE. We can help consult on your commercial roof and determine the best material and type of roof for your needs.
